Conservatory Fitter

SolarFrame is Yorkshire’s leading manufacturer, distributor and installer of home improvement products.

These include uPVC windows, doors, composite doors, conservatory roofs and complete single-storey extensions, including Garden Studios. We are going through a period of sustained growth and as a result are looking for Fitters to work on a self-employed basis.

Based in Goldthorpe, but applicants must be able to travel within Yorkshire.

Successful applicants will have:

• Previous experience in DIY, construction, or installation work
• Confidence using power tools, including drills
• The ability to work accurately with measurements and dimensions
• A strong eye for detail and a high-quality finish
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good physical fitness, as the role involves heavy lifting
• A sound understanding of health and safety within the construction industry
• The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions throughout the year
• A full UK driving licence
• A valid DBS certificate

Pay and bonuses

We offer excellent rates of pay for completed installations, with rates varying depending on the size and requirements of each job.

A quality bonus is also available on top of the agreed installation rate.
