Terms and conditions – fit for Christmas offer
1. Offers are organised by SolarFrame Direct Limited company number 06990167.
2. This offer cannot be used to move an existing installation date forward.
How to claim
3. Purchase a solid roof from SolarFrame.
4. Offer only applies to specific products in the SolarFrame range – replacement solid roof without frames.
5. The Fitted for Christmas offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
6. SolarFrame Direct Limited will not accept responsibility for any offer claims that cannot be completed due to delays caused by the customer.
7. By claiming the fitted for Christmas offer, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions, please contact marketing@solarframe.co.uk.
8. SolarFrame Direct Limited reserves the right to refuse a fitted for Christmas offer, or refuse to award the vouchers to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
Eligibility
9. Unless otherwise stated, our offers are open to all except employees of the SolarFrame Direct Limited, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the offer. The fitted for Christmas offer is subject to roof design and excludes any job that requires box guttering.
10. SolarFrame cannot guarantee an installation date should matters outside of our control arise i.e. government imposed lockdowns, labour shortages etc.
11. SolarFrame Direct Limited reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the fitted for Christmas offer.
The offer
12. Order a new solid roof, or replacement solid roof from SolarFrame Direct Limited on or before Friday 19th November 2021.
13. The decision of SolarFrame Direct Limited regarding any aspect of the offer is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
14. SolarFrame Direct Limited reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the offer where it becomes necessary to do so.
Limitation of liability
15. Insofar as is permitted by law, SolarFrame Direct Limited, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the offer claimant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the offer except where it is caused by the negligence of SolarFrame Direct Limited, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Data protection and publicity
16. Solarframe Direct Limited is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and Solarframe Direct Limited’s Privacy Policy which is available on our website: https://solarframe.co.uk/privacy-policy.
17. By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by SolarFrame Direct Limited or its agents and suppliers to administer the offer.
Governing law
18. All our offers will be governed by English law and claimants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
19. SolarFrame Direct Limited reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on the website.
