If the loan is not settled in full within the deferral period then interest will have accrued from the start of the agreement on any amount still outstanding at the end of the deferral period. Do you need planning permission for a single-story extension?
You may need planning permission for your new single-storey extension and if you're thinking about planning permission, you will also need to consider building regulation standards. However don’t worry, our trained SolarFrame staff can manage the whole process on your behalf.
What warranty do I get with a single-storey extension?
We offer a minimum offer of a 10 year guarantee on all products and a 12-month warranty on electrical, plastering and building work.
How long will it take to build a single-storey extension?
This depends on various factors as all single-storey extensions from SolarFrame are bespoke and made to each customer’s specifications.
Once you receive a quote from one of our designers, we will provide you with an estimated date for installation and can give you an idea of the duration.
