Step 1 - Design Consultation
Our experienced and talented design consultants work days, evening and weekends so that they can visit your home at a time that is convenient for you.
You will be shown a variety of samples, advised about the best solution for your property, and can look at the various design options for your project so that you can make an informed buying decision.
Our design consultants will take take initial measurements for the project so that you can be provided with an accurate price and discuss the various payment options available.
Step 2 - Technical Survey
Once you’re happy with your quotation, an appointment will be made for a member of our surveying team to visit your property and provide a detailed site survey, taking precise measurements for manufacture and installations. During this visit, we’ll explain and confirm the final design to ensure you’re 100% satisfied. At this point you can make alterations or ask any questions. Our surveyor will let you know what planning/building regulations will be required for your project, and ensure that everything is 100% compliant.
Following this appointment, a technical survey is drawn up for you to sign and confirm your order. We will then provide a provisional installation date and outline your schedule of works.
Step 3 - Manufacture
All of our products are manufactured in our own factory. We use high quality components sourced from UK based suppliers and manufacture to the industries exacting standards. Rest assured all of our products are the highest quality - fully tested and backed by industry accreditations to ensure energy efficiency, security and durability.
All of our products come with a comprehensive 10 year guarantee to give you complete peace of mind.
Once your products are ready and checked, we'll give you a call to secure your installation date.
Step 4 - Installation
On the pre-agreed installation day, the area should be clear and clutter free. Our installation teams will make every effort to keep your home tidy and where required, dust sheets will be used to protect your carpets and furniture.
Old doors, windows and conservatories will be carefully removed and recycled, and your new items will be installed by our skilled and experienced installation teams.
Once all of the items have been installed, one of our technicians will check everything and demonstrate exactly how each item works. They will also ask you to complete a form to say that you're happy with everything, and at this point the final balance can be paid.
