Terms and conditions – Black Friday Week Event
1. Offers are organised by SolarFrame Direct Limited company number 06990167.
2. The Black Friday Week offer runs from 22nd November 2021 to 28th November 2021.
How to claim
3. a) Visit the showsite during the Black Friday Week, book an appointment for a design visit and place an order for a conservatory, orangery, extension, roof replacement or garden studio before 20th December.
3. b) Call on 0800 625 0000, quoting ‘Black Friday’, book an appointment for a design visit and place an order for a conservatory, orangery, extension, roof replacement or garden studio before 20th December.
5. Offer only applies to specific products in the SolarFrame range – conservatory, orangery, extension, roof replacement or garden studio.
6. The Black Friday Week event offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
7. SolarFrame Direct Limited will not accept responsibility for any offer claims that cannot be completed due to delays caused by the customer.
8. By claiming the Black Friday Week offer, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions, please contact marketing@solarframe.co.uk.
9. SolarFrame Direct Limited reserves the right to refuse a Black Friday Week offer claim, or refuse to award the vouchers to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
Eligibility
10. Unless otherwise stated, our offers are open to all except employees of the SolarFrame Direct Limited, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the offer.
11. SolarFrame cannot guarantee an installation date should matters outside of our control arise i.e. government imposed lockdowns, labour shortages etc.
12. SolarFrame Direct Limited reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Black Friday Week offer.
The offer
13. Visit the showsite during the Black Friday Week offer, book an appointment for a survey and place an order for a conservatory, orangery, extension, roof replacement or garden studio from SolarFrame Direct Limited between 22nd November 2021 to 28th November 2021.
14. The decision of SolarFrame Direct Limited regarding any aspect of the offer is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
15. SolarFrame Direct Limited reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the offer where it becomes necessary to do so.
Limitation of liability
16. Insofar as is permitted by law, SolarFrame Direct Limited, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the offer claimant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the offer except where it is caused by the negligence of SolarFrame Direct Limited, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

17. Solarframe Direct Limited is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and Solarframe Direct Limited’s Privacy Policy which is available on our website: https://solarframe.co.uk/privacy-policy.
18. By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by SolarFrame Direct Limited or its agents and suppliers to administer the offer.
Governing law
19. All our offers will be governed by English law and claimants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
20. SolarFrame Direct Limited reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on the website.
